Stirling MSP Bruce Crawford was calling for “Time to get on with” Stirling & Clacks City Deal“, reported by local radio station, Central FM. Stirling’s MSP has told the UK Government to “put its money where its mouth is” and speed up progress on the Stirling & Clackmannanshire City Deal. “I have been working closely with the Scottish Government, Stirling Council officers and the leadership of the SNP partnership Administration on Stirling Council and I am pleased that progress is being made to invest in our communities. The UK Government must now be clear on its financial commitment and whether or not they have reneged on Lord Duncan’s promise of the MoD land at Forthside to be passed over to Stirling Council once the area has been decommissioned and cleaned.”
