Rainbow
Slides was the main public swimming pool in Stirling. It
had a 25 metre pool, water flumes, creche, cafe, sauna
and steam room, fitness classes, fitness suite and soft
play area. It closed down in 2008. |

used to enjoy Fitness classes include Aqua Aerobics, Aqua
Jogging, Bums Tums
and Thighs, Health and fitness for over 50s, Yoga, Tai
Chi. Adult and Children's swimming lesson's were also available.
Fun session were held on a regular basis for kids during
school holidays and were advertised by reception. This
included unlimited use of the flumes, pool, water obstacle
course
and floats. The creche was managed by fully qualified and
experienced staff to keep your children entertained while
you relax. |
