Stirling and the surrounding area are renowned for some of the most exciting
restaurants in Scotland. Many of the restaurants are near the wonderful historic
attractions such as stirling castle, the wallace monument, bannockburn heritage
centre and near many other tourist attractions in the city of Stirling, Scotland.
The increasing attractiveness of Stirling for visitor entertainment and night
life, has resulted in a number of quality restaurants opening up in Stirling
city centre. Almost every corner prime site has been developed into a spacious
eatery, run by owner managed people with highly trained staff. The recommended
area of the city centre include the King Street, Baker Street, Friars Street
sector leading to Barnton Street area. Here you will find many restaurants from
Italian, Chinese, Thai, Indian, traditional pub food, Mexican as well as some
great pubs serving traditional Scottish ales and real malt whisky. In this area
there is also a few "pub clubs" and with later Scottish opening hours,
there are many outlet such as Cambio, The Yard and Corn Exchange that open until
around 1am at the weekends. They are very popular bars that are frequented by
an affluent,
trendy crowd after a quality meal in this historic city of Stirling.
