Stirling has good road links with easy access to motorways leading to Glasgow, Edinburgh and North towards Perth, Dundee and Aberdeen.

The Train Station provides trains north to Inverness and Aberdeen as well as shorter journeys to Edinburgh and Glasgow. The Aberdeen to Glasgow Queen Street service, stopping at Stirling often has a direct journey from Stirling to Glasgow making the journey time around 20 mins. Day trips for shopping to the major cities are all possible because of Stirling's central location.

Their is a taxi rank outside the Train Station with the Bus Station just 5 mins walk further down the road. Plenty of parking is available outside the station as well as a multi storey car park near the bus station under the Thistle Marches Shopping Centre.
